Second version of my Skimmer theme..
Fixed Control panel button
Removed refresh button
Added shutdown option
Changed Tray direction (vertical)
I did try and add the weather forecast but i couldnt change the font attributes so i left this out.
I will be adding more features but i feel this is as far as i go with a public release as it hasnt got hardly any attention so i feel im wasting my energy updating it.

what should i do if i want to use the built in wallpaper changer in windows, meaning i dont want that wallpaper feature, as any widgets i have on my desk gets hidden behind that wallpaper from litestep
